How long the adoption process will take?
It will take as long as we need to raise the money.
How long could take the construction process?
As soon as we have money enough we start and finish a construction phase. But if tomorrow we could have all the money, it could take between five and six months to have it finished.
How much do you have invested and how much do you need?
The budget it’s about 700.000€. We have invested around 400.000€ and we still need 300.000€.
Would the church apply for a loan from the bank?
In Spain churches can not apply for a loan from the bank. Because of that some of the members applied for some personal loans having their houses as a bank guarantee.
When the constrution would begin?
The construction is already started. You can see some pictures here.
What happens right now with the sunday services?
We are having our meetings in a place without the needed facilities or the environments to be that relevant and attractive church we want to be.
What would happen with the building in Sitges once the new bulding would be finished?
The building in Sitges is not ours, we have it borrowed it. So we don’t know what would happen.
How many people could fit in the new auditorium? How many kids?
The auditorium could fit 180 adult people, and the kids facilities could fit about 60 kids. This would be a very big church in Spain.
Could the people help in the building process?
Absolultely. There are some phases for professionals only but there are lots of things to do that can be done by us. Even though right now we need to finish the closing phase to be able to work again. We would love to have mission trips coming with specialized people to work. It’s everything clearly budgeted?
Absolutely yes.
My adoption/dontaion could be tax deductible?
Yes. Every donation will receive a donation certificate.
Will there be a parking in the new building?
No it will not because we have a huge free parking so close to the church.
What if you raise more money than the needed?
If that happens tha money will be used to mantain the building.
What is the church strategy to keep the church small even it will grow?
We have been working in developing an small groups strategy which is working so well. Then every small group works as a little church.
