Values

a. Excellence
To be a Christian community that develops a significant and quality service in order to be relevant to its area of influence. Excellence should not be expected from others, but rather each member should demand it from themselves.

b. Loyalty
To be people committed to God and to the Christian community, and to reflect this commitment through a responsible employment of our talents and capabilities, which should be at the service of others.

c. Initiative
To be a Christian community that promotes, receives and develops new ideas to reach its vision.

d. Integrity
To be people that live and behave according to the Bible’s teachings and that whose words and actions coincide.

e. Love
Our Christian community, based on God’s love (I Corinthians 13) does not discriminate against any person. This is the foundation of all personal relationships.

f. Accountability
We want to be a Christian community where the care of and service to its members is a responsibility shared by all, met by all and for all.
